Flu vaccine is arriving and our flu clinic dates are set. Please see the schedule below and give us a call to schedule your child to come in. Slots for these Saturday clinics are limited so we need to know that you’re coming. Call us to schedule. All will be held at the HICKORY STREET OFFICE from 8-12.
October 6th – State insurance vaccine ONLY
October 13th: Private insurance vaccine ONLY
October 20th: All insurances
November 3rd: Private insurance vaccine ONLY
November 10th: State insurance vaccine ONLY
November 17th: All insurances
December 1st: All insurances
December 8th: All insurances
For self-pay patients: you will be scheduled on a day that state insurance vaccine is being given.
